Hip Surgery

Hip surgery is one of the most common procedures in orthopedics, performed for femoral neck fractures and involving bone fixation with nails, plates, or, in cases that require it, a prosthesis.

Partial hip replacement is another procedure performed on displaced or damaged ends of broken bone. During surgery, the head and neck of the femur can be removed and replaced with a metal prosthesis.
